Yes, size exchanges are allowed. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and share clear images of the product in unused, unwashed, and tag-intact condition. After approval, you must return the parcel to us yourself within 7 days. Return delivery charges are your responsibility.
What if the product I received is damaged or incorrect?
If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos. Upon approval, send the product back within 7 days. Only the product price will be refunded, not any shipping charges.

Will you arrange a courier for return or exchange?
